Job summary

Makita Australia is seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor – Export to join our Pemulwuy Distribution Centre on a permanent full-time basis. You will lead the warehouse team, oversee daily outbound operations and ensure on-time invoicing and dispatch.

This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, a current forklift licence, and the ability to maintain WHS standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role.
• Strong people leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience delivering strong operational results in a warehouse environment.
• Current forklift and driver's licence.
• Microsoft Office skills; a qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.
