Job summary

ahm is recruiting for a Customer Sales and Retention Specialist - Outbound. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve enquiries and help them choose the right health cover, driving retention and sales outcomes.

Join a fast-paced outbound team and build rapport with diverse customers while adapting to evolving processes. Training is provided, with full-time attendance during four weeks of program delivery and nesting support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales or Retention is essential.
• Experience in customer service or contact centres is highly regarded, but not essential.
• Able to build rapport and navigate objections in outbound conversations.
