Job summary

Anglicare WA is seeking a part-time Family & Domestic Violence Coordinator (Out of Hours) to support remote triage and case management across Western Australia. The 15-hour per week contract includes Saturday/Sunday shifts, public holidays, and work-from-home flexibility with pro-rata base salary and superannuation.

You will join a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality service delivery, perform remote triage, coordinate responses, and deliver risk assessments and safety planning for

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline.
• Experience in risk assessment and crisis response.
• Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples; culturally safe practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily triage of Family and Domestic Violence incidents during weekends/public holidays across the Kimberley region.
• Coordinate responses and workload with other Out of Hours Coordinators.
• Participate remotely in daily joint triage with WA Police and the Department of Communities.
• Deliver support remotely via telephone, email and referral pathways.
• Complete risk assessments, safety planning and referrals for affected individuals and families.
• Support multi-agency responses through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
