Job summary

OTR Group in Australia is recruiting to oversee daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, leading a small team, and ensuring health and safety policies are followed.

The role includes rostering, stock management, reporting, and ongoing training to develop staff while adapting to change and maintaining a high standard of teamwork. About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
