Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, train team members and uphold health and safety standards. You will support rostering, stock management and reporting, working closely with the store team to drive sales and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
