OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations in NSW. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, training staff, and maintaining health and safety standards.

The role includes rostering, stock control, reporting, and helping drive store performance across our network. A passion for developing people and improving processes is essential.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
