Job summary

OTR is seeking a Console Operator in Broken Hill to deliver outstanding customer service, keep the store welcoming, and manage stock and cleanliness. You will be on your feet for long periods and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including late nights, early mornings and weekends.

The role offers opportunities to grow within OTR’s global network, with barista coffee training and access to team member discounts through the OTR app.

OTR - Console Operator

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
