Job summary

OTR is a dynamic retail group with a network of convenience stores across South Australia. As a Console Operator, you will deliver outstanding customer service, keep the store clean and stocked, and ensure a welcoming environment for every guest.

You will need to multitask, work well in a team or independently, and be able to stand for extended periods with moderate lifting. Flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, are required; barista coffee training and broad development

OTR - Console Operator

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
