OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Adelaide to drive daily store operations, service excellence, and staff development. You will lead a small team, train colleagues, and ensure smooth rostering while maintaining inventory control and compliance with health and safety standards.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
