Job summary

Recovery Partners, LLC. is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team full-time to support single-service ADL assessments across Victoria, primarily for WorkSafe Victoria clients.

You will conduct comprehensive ADL assessments, prepare high-quality reports, and provide 1:1 client support through home-based assessments and equipment trials where required. The role offers flexible scheduling and regional/local travel.

Qualifications

• Mandatory tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPRA registration is required to practice.
• Strong report writing and time management skills expected.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments for WorkSafe Victoria clients
• Prepare accurate, timely, and solution-focused reports
• Provide person-centred support, including equipment trials when applicable
• Conduct Pre-Employment Health Assessments
• Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
