Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to lead growth of OT services across the Colac region, supported by a Regional Manager. You will manage a varied caseload including developmental and acquired disabilities and develop skills in functional assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modifications, and general therapy.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration required.
• 3+ years post-grad experience ideal.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design therapy plans in diverse environments (homes, day centres, parks, beach).
• Build enduring client relationships and observe lasting impact of therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and innovate treatment approaches.
