APM’s Early Start Australia Graduate program in Hobart offers a structured 12-month pathway from student to licensed therapist. You’ll receive clinical supervision, mentoring and a buddy, with a clear progression to independent practice across clinic, home and school settings.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering client-centred therapy and documentation while aligned to NDIS funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant registration.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle.
• NDIS workers screening and police check.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload across clinic, home, school and community.
• Design and implement therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver therapy services and run group programs and parent workshops.
• Collaborate with clients, families and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Monitor progress, complete reviews and reports, identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain accurate documentation, notes and incident reporting.
