APM's Early Start Australia Graduate program offers a 12-month pathway from student to practicing therapist within a close-knit allied health team in Melbourne. You’ll receive clinical supervision, mentoring and structured training to grow with confidence while making a positive impact on children and families.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Membership/registration with AHPRA.
• Current Driver’s License and vehicle.
• Working with Children Check or WWVP as applicable.
• NDIS worker screening and Police Check.
• Accredited first aid & CPR certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent observational and report-writing ability.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload in line with client goals.
• Design, implement, monitor and adjust individualised therapy programs.
• Deliver therapy services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with clients, families and professionals to optimise outcomes.
• Monitor progress, complete reviews and reports, and identify gaps in care.
• Maintain documentation and high-quality stakeholder communications.
• Ensure plans align with funding requirements, including NDIS.
• Uphold professional standards and risk management practices.
