APM’s Early Start Australia Graduate program offers a structured 12-month pathway from student to independent Occupational Therapist. You gain structured induction, clinical skills training, and a buddy, with weekly supervision from experienced clinicians and opportunities to work across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Occupational Therapy qualification and be eligible for registration with AHPRA.
• AHPRA registration or eligibility is required.
• Current Driver’s Licence is desirable.
• Working with Children Checks/Working with Vulnerable People checks (state specifics) may be required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload, including complex clients, using a client-centred approach.
• Design, implement, monitor and adjust therapy programs based on goals and needs.
• Deliver therapy services across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Monitor progress, complete reviews and reports, identify additional services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and high-quality stakeholder communications.
