Job summary

Early Start Australia is launching a 12-month Graduate program designed to transition students into confident therapists. You will receive structured induction, clinical supervision, and buddy support while building a varied caseload across clinic, home, school and community settings.

Participants will design and monitor individualized therapy plans, work with families and professionals, and progress through a defined development pathway within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Eligible to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Australia.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Willingness to learn and develop under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload.
• Design, implement, monitor and adjust individualised therapy programs.
• Deliver therapy services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with clients, families and other professionals to optimise outcomes.
• Monitor progress, complete reviews and reports, and identify additional services.
