Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and govern the target-state enterprise architecture across Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, Network Inventory, CMDB, Observability, and OSS ecosystems.
• Establish long-term architecture strategies that align with business growth, customer experience goals, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain architecture blueprints, capability maps, reference architectures, standards, and roadmaps.
