Job summary

Parratech is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Heavy Haulage Logistics Coordinator to lead scheduling, planning and regulatory coordination of OSOM transport operations across Australia. You will act as the central link between clients, transport providers, drivers, pilot escorts and regulators to ensure movements are planned and executed safely and compliantly.

The role requires sound knowledge of HVNL, permit applications and route planning, and involves coordination between Parratech’s

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in heavy haulage, specialised transport or OSOM logistics coordination.
Strong working knowledge of HVNL, road authority requirements and OSOM permit frameworks.
Ability to interpret maps, load dimensions and technical drawings for route feasibility.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety and compliance across heavy-haulage operations.
Manage end-to-end OSOM permit applications and NHVR portal coordination.
Conduct detailed route assessments and identify safe, compliant routes.
Coordinate with transport contractors, police escorts, pilots and utility providers.
Allocate specialised vehicles and drivers while monitoring fatigue management.
