Qualificações

• To be considered, you will hold a relevant degree or early childhood qualification.
• An ACECQA approved qualification for working with children over preschool age is required.
• Current Senior First Aid and Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect training is required.
• Experience with groups of children aged 5–12 is essential.
• Leadership experience in children’s services, education or similar settings is required.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and related SA obligations is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the daily operation and longer term development of the OSHC and Vacation Care service.
• Develop engaging, inclusive programs aligned with My Time, Our Place.
• Recruit, roster, supervise, and develop educators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and SA requirements.
• Lead Quality Improvement planning, self assessments, and assessment and rating processes.
• Manage enrolments, bookings, and related family administration.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, school staff, regulators and community partners.
