Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Assistant Coordinator for Kellyville Public School. This part-time role (25 hours/week) offers leadership opportunities and hands-on experience in school-based child care programs.

You will help lead a team of educators, manage rosters, ensure compliance, and develop child-led activities across STEM, cooking, sport, and art.

With regional support and a family-friendly culture, the role includes paid training and pathways to management within JAG.

Qualifications

• Background checks will be completed as part of our recruitment process.
• State Working-with-Children check is required before onboarding.
• National Child Safety Training completion is required prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of educators onsite.
• Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration.
• Create exciting, child‑led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities.
