Uniting is hiring an OSHC Service Leader in Victoria to oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of the Tatura OSHC program. You will drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery, supporting your team to ensure practices align with the National Quality Standards and reflect the National Quality Framework.

You will lead and develop people, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and shape a high-quality learning and leisure experience for children.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead OSHC programs and teams.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with OSHC standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSHC program management and strategic operations.
• Drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery aligned with National Quality Standards.
• Support team with rostering, supervision, and administration.
