Uniting Vic.Tas seeks an OSHC Service Leader to oversee the Tatura OSHC program, driving strategic and operational management and ensuring quality aligned to the National Quality Standards.
You will support your team to enhance programming, welfare and outcomes for children and families within a compliant operating framework.
As the OSHC Service Leader you will oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of our newest program, Tatura OSHC.
You will drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery. You will support your team to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework, taking our OSHC programs to the next level.
Dedicated non-contact hours for your programing and administration responsibilities.
PT approx. 30 Hour Permanent Contract.
$38.25 per hour negotiable+ salary packaging.
