Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking a Service Leader for our Sefton service. You will design and maintain a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children before/after school and during holidays, leading a passionate team of educators.

You will plan daily activities, prepare healthy snacks, and foster strong relations with families and the local school community. The role requires a Diploma in Childcare (or equivalent), valid checks/certifications, and availability for early morning and afternoon

Qualifications

• Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of educators to deliver safe, engaging programs before school, after school, and during holidays.
• Plan daily activities for primary-aged children and prepare healthy snacks.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and local schools, ensuring safety and compliance.
