Camp Australia Pty Ltd in Penrith, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic childcare professional to design engaging, safe programs for primary-aged children and to build strong relationships with families and schools. The role includes preparing healthy snacks, planning activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will join a supportive team, with a permanent contract and opportunities for funded development, wellbeing days, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Valid Child Protection training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program.
• Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
