Job summary

Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking an OSHC Lead Educator to create safe, engaging, and inclusive experiences for children before and after school, and during vacation care. You will work as part of a Campbell Street Service team, supporting wellbeing and meaningful relationships with local South Arm families.

You'll join Uniting's Early Learning directorate, a values-led team across Victoria and Tasmania, committed to safety, inclusion and high-quality learning.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their wellbeing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a values-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Create safe, engaging and inclusive experiences before/after school and during vacation care.
• Support homework and facilitate activities to promote wellbeing and curiosity.
• Collaborate with the Hobart-wide team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
