Camp Australia in Coombabah is seeking an enthusiastic childcare assistant to design and deliver a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children before and after school. You'll prepare healthy snacks, build strong relationships with children, families and the local school community, and ensure compliance with policies.

Availability 7:00–9:00 and 2:50–6:00, Monday to Friday. This role offers a permanent contract, opportunities for development, and access to staff benefits including discounts

Qualifications

• Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the school community.
