Job summary

St John’s Primary School OSHC leadership role in Euroa is a permanent part-time position. You will lead before- and after-school care and vacation care, building strong connections with students, families and the school.

Induction and ongoing support are provided to develop leadership skills, with a mix of direct child time and administration work, ensuring safe and engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or approved equivalent for OSHC leadership.
• Experience with school-aged children and safe, inclusive programs.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate activities or lead shifts.
• Strong organisation and communication skills; willingness to learn service operations, compliance and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead before- and after-school care and vacation care programs, building safe, welcoming environments for children.
• Coordinate daily operations, support the team and guide quality improvement.
• Balance time with children and administration duties to manage the OSHC service.
