Job summary

Augustine Heights Outside School Hours Care seeks an enthusiastic Coordinator to lead our before/after school and vacation care programs, serving up to 130 children. You will manage a dedicated team, foster family connections and partner with the school community to deliver engaging, safe experiences.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Children Services, be willing to complete required training, and hold a Blue Card. Leadership is essential to drive program quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent per ACECQA guidelines.
• Experience leading childcare programs and teams.
• Knowledge of NQF, My Time Our Place and childcare standards.
• Willingness to obtain mandatory training and checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Before/After School and Vacation Care.
• Lead, support and inspire a team of educators.
• Plan and implement play-based programs aligned with children's interests.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the school.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and ensure compliance.
