Job summary

Camp Australia in Cranbourne West is seeking a Permanent Educator to build meaningful connections with children, families, and the school community. This role covers before school, after school, or holiday programs, offering job security and opportunities to design engaging, safe activities and healthy snacks.

You’ll join a child-safe organisation that prioritises wellbeing, ongoing training, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare and strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed, studying, or willingness to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training & VIC ECEC Mandatory Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 7:00 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm-6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design a safe, engaging, and compliant program for primary-aged children.
• Lead daily activities and support before/after school and holiday programs.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks to energise learning and growth.

Camp Australia is on the hunt for a passionate, Permanent Educator to join our team in Cranbourne West! If you're excited about building meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community, we want YOU!

As an educator with us, you will get the job security of a permanent contract and you’ll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement—whether it’s before school, after school, or during school holidays. In this role, you’ll help design a safe, engaging, and compliant program, leading exciting daily activities to help primary-aged children. Plus, you’ll get to prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks to keep everyone energised to learn and grow.
