Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking a Permanent Educator in Penrith to support before school, after school, and holiday programs. You will design engaging activities, build strong relationships with children, families and local schools, and provide healthy snacks while ensuring safety and compliance.

You'll join a values-driven team offering ongoing training, career growth, and a permanent contract. Availability mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday is required.

Qualifications

• Completed, studying, or willing to study a childcare-related Certificate III or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 7:15 am-9:15 am and 2:45 pm-6:15 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design a safe, engaging and compliant program for primary-aged children.
• Lead exciting daily activities and supervise children before and after school.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks to keep children energized and learning.

Camp Australia is on the hunt for a passionate, Permanent Educator to join our team in Penrith!If you're excited about building meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community, we want YOU!

As an educator with us, you will get the job security of a permanent contract and you’ll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement—whether it’s before school, after school, or during school holidays. In this role, you’ll help design a safe, engaging, and compliant program, leading exciting daily activities to help primary-aged children. ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
