Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking a Permanent Educator in Warragul to build meaningful connections with children, families, and schools. You’ll design safe programs, lead daily activities, and serve healthy snacks, all with a focus on safety and inclusion.

The role offers job security under a permanent contract, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. Availability mornings and afternoons on weekdays is required.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare and relationship-building.
• Completed, or currently studying, childcare Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• National Child Safety Training and VIC Mandatory Child Protection or willingness to obtain.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Availability between 7:00 am-9:00 am and 3:05 pm-6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

• Design safe, engaging, compliant programs for primary-aged children.
• Lead daily activities and partnerships with families and schools.

Camp Australia is on the hunt for a passionate, Permanent Educator to join our team in Warragul! If you're excited about building meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community, we want YOU!

As an educator with us, you will get the job security of a permanent contract and you’ll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement—whether it’s before school, after school, or during school holidays. In this role, you’ll help design a safe, engaging, and compliant program, leading exciting daily activities to help primary-aged children. Plus, you’ll get to prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks to keep everyone energised to learn and grow.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
