Job summary

Camp Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our Penrith team. You will help design safe, engaging programs for primary children, lead activities, and serve healthy snacks during before/after school windows.

You’ll contribute to a culture focused on child safety, with opportunities for career growth and internal study pathways. This role is based on a permanent contract with no weekend work in a child-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed, studying, or willing to study a childcare-related Certificate III or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 7:15 am-9:15 am & 2:45 pm - 6:15 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design a safe, engaging, and compliant program for primary-aged children.
• Lead exciting daily activities to support learning and development.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks to keep everyone energised.

As an educator with us, you will get the job security of a permanent contract and you'll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement—whether it's before school, after school, or during school holidays.
