Job description

Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Padbury area, creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring previous OSHC experience along with demonstrated leadership experience, whether that’s as a Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, Responsible Person or in another senior OSHC position. You’ll be confident supporting a team, overseeing the day-to-day running of a service and building strong relationships with children, families and the school community.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 31 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

Rise then Shine: 7:00am – 9:00am
Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

As Coordinator, you’ll lead and support a team of Educators, help create engaging experiences for children and ensure the service runs smoothly each day. You’ll also play an important role in building a positive team culture and maintaining strong connections with families and the wider school community.

If you’re an experienced OSHC professional ready to lead a team with confidence, we’d love to hear from you.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Coordinator Loyalty Program: Enjoy $1,250 in retention bonuses during your first year as a thank you.
  • Family-Friendly Support: Access paid parental leave (10 weeks) and up to 50% off childcare fees, supporting you and your family now and in the future.
