Job summary

The Atlantis Group is seeking an OSHC Manager to lead daily service operations, deliver engaging school-age programs and uphold child safety standards. You will manage a passionate team, liaise with families and ensure quality practice within a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills with children, families and staff.
• Strong knowledge of My Time Our Place and NQS.
• Proactive, organized approach and commitment to quality practice and child safety.
• Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and First Aid/CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Full Australian working rights and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of educators in daily operations.
• Deliver high-quality programs for school-aged children.
• Ensure compliance, safety standards and a culture of child safety.
• Drive quality practice and continuous improvement.
• Manage rostering, administration and enrolment documentation.
• Create an inclusive, safe environment and contribute to improvements.
