Job summary

The Atlantis Group is seeking an OSHC Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the service in Perth. You will foster a positive, inclusive, child-focused culture for children, families and educators, delivering high-quality care for school-aged children.

You will manage staff rostering, enrolment documentation and compliance, while driving quality practice and continuous improvement. A proactive leader with strong communication and a commitment to child safety will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise a team of educators and maintain child safety
• Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
• Full Australian working rights
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive a mini-bus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a passionate team of educators
• Deliver engaging and meaningful programs for school-aged children
• Ensure compliance, effective operational performance, and maintenance of child safety standards
• Drive quality practice and continuous improvement
• Manage daily service operations, including staff rostering, administration, and enrolment documentation
• Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
