The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with families and colleagues to deliver high-quality care and education aligned with safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• WWCC required and maintained.
• First Aid, CPR & Emergency Response training in Education and Care.
• Child Protection & Safeguarding training completed or in progress.
• Police Check compliant.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHC programming and activities for Panania and surrounding communities.
• Foster safe, engaging experiences and child-centred development.
• Support social development and confidence through outdoor and indoor learning.
