Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Care, or related field (or working towards one).
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with school-aged children is preferred.
• Flexibility to work across morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities before and after school
• Plan and implement creative recreational and educational programs
• Ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children in your care
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate attendance records and documentation
• Adhere to the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant legislation
• Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive program environment
