Job summary

YMCA NSW is seeking passionate casual OSHC Educators to support primary school children across NSW services, including the Western Sydney Region with Claremont Meadows as home base. You will deliver fun, inclusive activities before, after, and during vacation care, supervise and safeguard children, and collaborate with Coordinators and families.

Flexibility is key: minimum three weekdays, travel to other locations, with potential pathway to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and interacting with children.
• Ability to follow safeguarding priorities.
• Availability to supervise Before, After School and Vacation Care hours.
• Current First Aid HLTAID012 and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun and engaging activities for primary school-age children.
• Help design inclusive, engaging program activities.
• Reporting to the Coordinators of our OSHC centres and support children across NSW.
• Follow development pathways to learn new skills and advance your career.
