Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) is seeking Outside School Hours Care Educators to support OSHC services in Dulwich Hill, Croydon, Enfield and Five Dock. As an Educator you will respond to children’s interests by assisting in implementing a diverse, inclusive program, supervise at all times, and foster positive relationships with families while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Applicants should hold an NSW Working with Children Check; completion of GECCKO training is required;

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check required in NSW.
• GECCKO child safety training completed or to be completed.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise children at all times.
• Assist in delivering a diverse, stimulating OSHC program.
• Uphold safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Build positive relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Establish daily routines and appropriate rules for positive behaviour.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness of facilities.
