Job summary

TheirCare is seeking an Outside of School Hours Care Educator to deliver high-quality OSHC and holiday programs across Australia. You will contribute to safe, inviting environments where children feel seen and valued.

Ideal candidates have childcare experience, are working toward or hold ACECQA qualifications, and can meet early-morning and after-school availability. The role offers training, wellbeing support, and flexible shifts during school holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal.
• ACEQCA approved qualification (in progress or completed).
• Working with Children’s Check valid in your state.
• First Aid (HLTAID012) in a childcare setting desirable.
• National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko.
• Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates as required by state.
• Availability: 6:30am–9:00am, 2:30pm–6:30pm; optional school holidays.
