Job summary

Gowrie NSW is seeking a part-time educator for the outside school hours care service to support children in a safe, play-based environment within NSW. You will join a friendly, committed team focused on high-quality learning experiences.

The role includes straight shifts during vacation care and split shifts in term time, totaling 25 hours per week, with early mornings and late afternoons. You will assist with cleaning, food prep, and paperwork while upholding child-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Have a passion for working with children.
• Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.).
• Geccko Mandatory Training

Responsibilities

• Your excellent communication skills and genuine interest in supporting little people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.
• You will also need to ensure compliance and safety requirements are met, do some paperwork and assist with cleaning and food preparation.
