Catholic Early EdCare in Deception Bay is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead our 75-place service. This permanent full-time role involves guiding a supportive team of educators, partnering with the school, parish and local community, and delivering safe, engaging programs across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.

• Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operation of Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs, creating a safe, engaging and welcoming environment.
• Inspire, mentor and support a passionate team of educators, fostering a positive culture focused on quality care and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver exciting play-based experiences that reflect children's interests, encourage curiosity, and promote learning, wellbeing and development.
• Build strong and meaningful relationships with children, families, the school and parish community, becoming a trusted and valued part of the local community.
• Champion quality and compliance, ensuring the service operates in line with legislative requirements while maintaining exceptional standards of care, safety and education.
