Job summary

The Kids' Castle (TKC) is seeking a Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our OSHC/OOSH and Vacation Care services in a collaborative, community-focused environment. You will guide day-to-day operations, uphold MTOP and NQS standards, and oversee a skilled team of educators.

Join a supportive committee structure, manage budgets, enrolments, and CCS processes, while maintaining strong relationships with families and the school community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' leadership in OSHC or Early Childhood.
• Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong knowledge of National Law, Regulations, NQS, MTOP.
• Experience developing child-focused programs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• WWCC, Child Protection Training, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Familiarity with Xplor, CCS, and Inclusion Support (bonus).

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our close-knit team of educators. Backed by a highly supportive P&C committee, this full-time role combines strategic leadership with meaningful time on the floor-ensuring you stay connected with the children and team while managing the overall operation of the service.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OSHC / OOSH and Vacation Care programs.
