Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Coordinator to lead an OSHC service in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor Educators, and build strong ties with families and schools.

The role offers permanent employment with consistent hours and opportunities for career progression within a national network. You'll lead a team, shape engaging programs for children, and drive a positive culture across the service, backed by Regional Managers and a supportive

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC, education, childcare or children services.
• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by us).
• State working-with-children check required.
• National Child Safety Training completion before onboarding (via Gecko).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children.
• VIC Diploma-Level education pathway for VIC Educator role.

As Coordinator, you'll be trusted to lead the day-to-day running of your service while creating an environment where children, families and educators thrive. This isn't a role where you're left to figure things out alone.You'll have support from experienced Regional Managers, a dedicated state team and a national organisation that genuinely invests in its people.

Qualifications
