Kidz Mob Avoca, based at Avoca State School in Southeast Queensland, is hiring for an OSHC Coordinator, Responsible Persons and Educators as we prepare to open mid to late November 2026. The service will provide before school, after school and vacation care with a focus on inclusivity and community partnerships.

We seek applicants with coordinator or senior OSHC experience, a relevant ACECQA-qualifying diploma, and current First Aid, CPR and Blue Card.

Competenze

• Experience as Coordinator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Working towards a relevant Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA.
• You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Passion for creating a positive relationship with children, families, school, local community and Kidz Mob organisation.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

OSHC Coordinator, Responsible Persons and Educators

We are hiring a Coordinator, Responsible Person's and Educators for a new Outside School Hours Care service Kidz Mob Avoca (based at Avoca State School). The service is planned to open mid to late November 2026.

We are an Indigenous family and community focused childcare business striving to nurture the next generation. Our partners have a strong passion to improve the quality of Outside School Hours Care services in Southeast Queensland.

At Kidz Mob we will provide high quality inclusive care for before school, after school, and vacation care.

We are seeking a Coordinator with the following qualities/qualifications;

You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Passion for creating a positive relationship with the children, families, school, families, local community and wider Kidz Mob organisation.

Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

Proven experience managing a team.

We are seeking Educators with the following qualities/qualifications;

Desire to succeed in a supportive workplace

Passion for working with children and families to create a supportive and fun environment

Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Completed or be working towards a relevant Certificate 3, Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA.

Experience in OSHC is desirable but not required
