Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) invites an enthusiastic Coordinator to lead a busy Before & After School Care service on the grounds of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Primary School in North Strathfield. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday and offers above award salary and career progression.

You will inspire staff, ensure safe, engaging programs, and strengthen ties with families and the surrounding Catholic community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Proven OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) experience is essential.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
• Certification in Child Protection Training.
• Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive space for children and staff.
• Stay organised and vigilant with attendance records and bookings.
• Empower the team by supervising and mentoring educators.
• Design and deliver engaging, educational programs.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC).

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic

Certification inChild Protection Training.

CurrentFirst Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.

A validNSW Working With Children Check.

Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO
