Job summary

YMCA Brisbane is seeking a passionate Coordinator for our Bracken Ridge Outside School Hours Care service in Brisbane. You will lead a dedicated team of educators, create engaging, child-led programs, and help build inclusive, vibrant communities.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and warm connections with families and schools. You’ll oversee daily operations, support staff, ensure compliance, and foster a safe, fun environment where children can grow.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC/Teaching required or currently studying toward.
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Blue Card required or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.
