Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd – Sans Souci NSW is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead an established After School Care service located at St Finbar's Catholic Primary School. This permanent, full-time role is term-time only with split shifts Monday to Friday, offering an above award salary and career progression.

You will inspire a team, engage with children and families, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment while upholding Catholic values and community ties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised and enthusiastic.
• Certification in Child Protection Training.
• Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management.
• NSW Working With Children Check is required.
• Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.
