Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) invites applications for an OSHC Coordinator at Wheeler Heights Primary OSHCare. Lead a team of enthusiastic Educators and oversee a dynamic after-school program for children aged 5–12, focusing on safety, learning through play and high-quality care.

This permanent, part-time role is 23 hours per week (1:00–6:00pm, Monday to Friday) with 8 non-contact admin hours, offering competitive pay, strong regional support and clear pathways for growth within JAG.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
