Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator at Wheeler Heights Primary OSHCare to lead a team of Educators and deliver a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. The role is permanent and part-time, with 33.5 hours per week including 6 paid admin hours.

You will manage rosters, supervise staff, ensure program quality and compliance, and collaborate with a regional team offering coaching and support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of educators in a childcare or OSHC setting.
• Proven ability to manage rosters and day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of compliance, safety and admin tasks relevant to OSHC.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an after-school program for 5–12 year olds.
• Own rosters, ensure program quality, safety and administrative tasks.
• Receive mentorship and support from regional management.
