Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator at Narara OSHClub to lead a dedicated team of Educators and oversee a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. This permanent, part-time role offers 33 hours per week with admin time and opportunities to develop leadership through mentorship and training.

You'll manage rosters, ensure compliance, and foster a growth-oriented team environment, with support from regional managers and an office team.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example!
• Willing to obtain National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators in an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12.
• Oversee roster, day-to-day operations, and compliance, including admin tasks.
• Support development of a dynamic, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking, and arts.
• Collaborate with regional managers and office team to grow leadership skills.
